SEE Program Bookings

Welcome to the NORTEC SEE program booking system for our QLD sites.

Please note: bookings can only be made 2 weeks in advance – if there is no availability showing at the site or the times are not suitable, please contact Debra Weblin to open an additional timeslot for you on 0428 773 156 or via email to [email protected]

• The appointment takes approximately 2 hours.
• A referral must be received at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise it may be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Referrals are only valid for 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since the referral was created in ESS, then a new referral will be required.

COVID-19 practices: As per Government mandated restrictions, any client who has travelled to a known hotpot or has been in close contact with someone who has or is experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms will be refused entry to the site. PTAs are available face-to-face at our sites, except when lockdown restrictions are enforced where they are then conducted over the phone. COVID-Safe physical distancing and hygiene practices are in place at all sites.
