• Hospitality & customer service experience in bars, restaurants and cafes is preferred
• To be quick on your feet, with the ability to work with high-volume in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong product knowledge and attention to detail;
• Positive attitude and a friendly manner, with a willingness to provide amazing customer engagement;
• Bar knowledge is a MUST or be able to adapt to a new cocktail menu
• Must have great availability across the week and weekends – with flexibility for day and night shifts
