- Certificate III in Hospitality – Fulltime traineeship with no classroom study required (i.e. coffee, food prep, customer service, money handling, eftpos, cleaning tables, table service etc)
- 30+ hrs week
- Close to town, but public transport options are poor (licence and transport essential)
- Small but busy business – takeaway 65% oppose to 35% eat/dine in café environment
- Business is open from 6:00am – 3pm
- Willingness to learn the business
- Some hospitality or retail experience
- Employed direct by the business on award rates
