What is Club Employ?

Club Employ is a five-year employment and opportunity growth strategy with annual and overall targets for employment outcomes to achieve in Northern New South Wales and South East Queensland. Our employment targets contribute directly to our community funding targets, meaning the more you utilise NORTEC services, the more we're able to contribute to our community. Through the Club Employ program, NORTEC aims to support the efforts of these vital members of our community and reach our employment target, as well as make contributions to our community. By working together to create opportunities and inspire futures for those in our region, we can make a real difference.

How Does It Work?

Through utilising a variety of NORTEC services, Supporters can earn points which go towards benefits such as service discounts and promotion across NORTEC marketing channels. At the same time, NORTEC makes financial contributions directly to our community. Together, we can enrich our region with better employment opportunities, better training outcomes, improve the prospects of our small business economy, and give back to the community in which we live.

Contribute to Community Investment

As a for-purpose organisation, NORTEC is committed to giving back to community organisations. Utilising our services means you are directly contributing to the community and region in which you live, through NORTEC's Community Grants program. As your membership points accrue through utilising our services, so too does the dollar amount commitment for our Community Grant fund. This enables community organisations across the region to apply for a share of this fund, to which you've made a contribution through NORTEC.
